MOVA Dubai is a trading name of D D L Real Estate L.L.C, TRN 100212663700003, Office 3-4, Al Wasl-3 Building, Al Wasl, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("MOVA", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
MOVA provides real estate advisory and brokerage services for off-plan and ready properties in Dubai. Information on this website, including project descriptions, prices, payment plans and images, is provided for general guidance only. It does not form an offer or contract and may change without notice. Prices shown are indicative starting prices and are subject to availability and developer updates. Images are for illustration only.
2. Developer names and trademarks
Project names, developer names and trademarks shown on this website belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply that the developer endorses MOVA. Any purchase is subject to the developer's own sale and purchase agreement.
3. No financial or legal advice
Content on this website, including statements about rental yields, returns or residency visas, is general information and not financial, tax, legal or immigration advice. Please seek independent professional advice before making an investment decision.
4. SMS terms
- Program name: MOVA Dubai Enquiries.
- Sender: MOVA Dubai, a trading name of D D L Real Estate L.L.C.
- How you join: by ticking the separate, unticked SMS consent box on our website forms or on our Facebook and Instagram lead forms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Messages you may receive: replies to your property enquiry, requested price lists, brochures and floor plans, payment plan details, and viewing or appointment reminders.
- Message frequency: message frequency varies.
- Costs: Msg & data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, email office@movadubai.com or call +971 58 561 7706.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: we do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Other communications
If you submit an enquiry, you agree that we may contact you about it by phone, email or WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing office@movadubai.com, replying STOP on WhatsApp or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
6. Your information
You agree to provide accurate information in our forms and to submit only your own contact details. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes only. You must not copy, scrape or reuse its content or design for commercial purposes, attempt to disrupt its operation or submit false or automated enquiries.
